Double submission on session creation

Describe the bug If the submit button is clicked twice after a submission quickly after the first then two of the same entries will be created

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to create a session
2. Enter information requested
3. Click Save twice
4. On the manage session page there will be two of the same entries

Expected behavior Only one of the entries will be saved
