Select Edit offline scrapers causes problems. #99

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. While browsing a games list, bring up context menu
2. Select Edit offline scrapers
3. click save config or cancel

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
RCB should continue as normal, however after the Edit Offline scrapers dialog 
closes, no games launch and if you attempt to change the console via the top 
menu, nothing changes (game list does not change to reflect new console)

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
RCB 0.9.7 and XBMC Live 10.1 also XBMX 10.1 on Windows XP Pro

Please provide any additional information below.
Also seems to cause random and buggy behavious in XBMC once this has happened.
