Edited Proteolysis section #19

Hi, I have edited and made changes to the Proteolysis section. Have incorporated chymotrypsin and V8 protease also in the proteolysis section. Will be adding more information ASAP. Kindly review the changes

Have added few more details in the Proteolysis section.

@vanuopadathmurali also please add your author details to the metadata.yml file in the content directory of this same branch you are working on to add that to this pull request and make sure you are an author when this is merged

It would be great if you can help me in adding the details. I tried adding, but its not getting updated. I have incorporated all the necessary suggestions, as mentioned. However, if you find that still the reference citations or any other important points are still missing, please let me know. I can try to resolve it again. Many thanks for the proof reading!

@vanuopadathmurali - I merged these changes and added your author info! Thanks for your contribution. The author order is set to random right now but we will decide at the end based on how much everyone contributed
