Validate opening of ftml outline content when opening throw errors for invalid #4

I'm using DOMParser and when using text/html mime type it never seems to report any errors no matter what the document content is. So I think need to write some validation over the resulting HTML. Should probably walk entire tree validating entire UL>LI>P>Inline structure.
