I'm not sure if this is possible with the way you are detecting applications and my Obj-C is weak, but it would be great to extend the feature where extensions are defined based on the webpage URL. Like it would be great to use .markdown or .md if we were on Github or a page that uses Markdown. It would also be nice to define other extensions for other pages that use different syntax.
