Test Ionic app Base project structure for creating an starting point for the development of the library #1

I removed the playground that is created with the yeoman generator for angular libraries. I added an Ionic test App with basic schema. Created ionic widgets (Input, Checkbox, Text Area and Selects). Moved button widget the new widgets folder.
