Unknown reparse point 0x44 on Win 7; "Please report this to the developers" #370

I used this command md5deep -ztr C:\Users\Rick\DropBox\ > C:\Users\Rick\DropBox\MyDropBox.md5 in a batch file, and had lines like this scroll across the screen for each file in that directory::

C:\Users\Rick\DropBox.dropbox.cache\qebcobkqbgpbzfynfuwbof\placeholder.avi: Unknown reparse point 0x44, skipping C:\Users\Rick\DropBox.dropbox.cache\qebcobkqbgpbzfynfuwbof\placeholder.avi: Please report this to the developers!

The Dropbox application created the hidden directory DropBox.dropbox.cache which had several direcories beneath it, but only two had files in them. The other directory beneath .dropbox.cache with files was scanned properly and reported the hashes in the output file.

I get a similar error "Unknown reparse point 0x9000201a, skipping. Please report this to the developers"
