Have ghost hexes

At the edges there should be ghost hexes that user can click to add more hexes

when does this need to be checked?

Whenever a new change in size is detected. Maybe a use effect?

Scan the top edge bottom edge

Then in each array scan to see if there is a piece

• [x] Add a ghost tile as an example and also add a empty space in the sample data as well
• [x] Scan array and add ghost tiles as needed
• [x] These tiles can then be changed as needed like other tiles
• [ ] remove tiles turn them to ghost tiles I guess
