Fix HDMI sound on Pi #41

It’s real garbly under most circumstances currently. Wonder if headphones work...? Haven’t tried the aux port.

sudo nano /etc/pulse/default.pa Find the line that has the following: Load-module module-dev-detect

Modify it to: load-module module-udev-detect tsched=0
