Reinstalling Windows - New (Jesse’s PC)

When I need to reinstall Windows on my gaming PC, here's the list of things I need to do before and after the reinstall.

This is a minimal list that's a subset of https://github.com/jessemillar/dotfiles/issues/51

Follow the "Clean install of Windows 10 using installation media" section of these instructions to do a full wipe and reinstall of Windows.

When installing Windows, unplug from ethernet and tell the installer you "don't have internet" to disable a lot of dumb privacy-invading features; turn off ALL check boxes when it asks you which data you want it to have access to

Make the user account "Jesse Millar" so configurations work after reinstall.
