Quake Fail #369

What is the problem?
rp_earthquakes is not working

What steps will reproduce the problem?
I have quakechance set to 1 so it's 1 in 1, and I enable rp_earthquakes and 
nothing happens.

Do you have any errors? serverside or clientside? If you do, which ones?
Nope. But meteors cause a crash if I leave them on.

Are you using the downloaded version or an SVN revision (if SVN, which
revision number)?
SVN Rev. 655

The earthquake is fixed. The meteor is still a mystery though.

Yeah the meteors usually crash my server too.

If I can remember, I will copy the error I get from the meteor crash and open 
an new issue.
