Keep or refund shipments and other items after crash

My suggestion is:
Shipments and other items including moneyprinters, gunlabs, etc, are kept or 
refunded after a crash, so that investments made by players aren't as risky. 

Refunding makes the most sense and is potentially the easiest, by storing 
shipments and items in a text file or sqlite database, you can refund them 
after a crash. 

Why this should be in DarkRP by default and not a third party addon:
Unlike FAdmin it is pertaining to the gameplay of DarkRP as a gamemode

Been requested before, like I said before, a server rejoin (whether after a 
crash or not) is a strong NLR. New game, new life.

Besides people have more than enough money to buy more things. Implementing 
this would make people spam shipments, money printers and whatnot, hide them in 
a place no one knows and keep them forever.

I made a module that restores the entities and doors owned by a player if they 
were on the server in the last 30 seconds before it went down and rejoin within 
the first 5 minutes, it's a bit glitchy and needs some work though, if I get 
time I'll try and fix it up a bit and maybe release it.

You can put that in DarkRP if you want, just disable it by default though. I 
don't like this enabled by default.
