Latest SVN Gamemode not working

What is the problem? i see the bottom left window, but i have no job m pay is 0 
and i have 0. also the F4 Menu will not show up when i press F4 and i have the 
default game scoreboard

What steps will reproduce the problem? i have tried re downloading the SVN many 
times and made sure that it is in the proper place. which is the gamemodes 
folder in garrysmod

Do you have any errors? serverside or clientside? If you do, which ones? yes 
client side i am getting _sendDarkRPvars about every 1 an 1/2 seconds

Are you using the downloaded version or an SVN revision (if SVN, which
revision number)? I am using the SVN changelog.txt has it at 2.4.2 SVN. when i 
update it svn gives me Rev. 838

Please provide any additional information below. i know that the gamemode is 
loading as i see the box on the bottom left. the doors do have the text that i 
can press F2 to buy but when i press F2 nothing happens

i am not doing anything with fast download yet. I am working it with LAN the 
problems is not getting the content the problem is that, the servers dark rp is 
not working right. and to test to make sure i have the darkrp installed on the 
unit that is connecting.

just to test it i took all the same svn and i started it on a listen server and 
it did work. however when i got on the dedicated server. which has all the same 
content i get the same problem.

i am also uploading 2 pictures to show what is going on with the client PC 
there is nothing going on in the server that i can see

lua_log_sv "1"

set this in server.cfg and reload the server.

Once you've done that check in the garrysmod folder for a lua_errors text file. 
This will help narrow down your installation.

It's a FastDL problem, not a darkrp problem.
