My suggestion is:
On map start all doors assigned to a group will be locked.

"Maybe a timed auto lock on team assigned doors? If door is unlocked for a 
certain amount of time it will lock or close and lock?"

Why this should be in Dark RP by default and not a third party add-on:

When the server starts the jail cells .etc will be unlocked making it a 
annoying task to go and lock all of the team assigned doors.

I saw in F4 there is an option for unlock all doors on map start, this does not 
work for me? - When its not ticked doors aren't locked?

And currently if that works and mine is screwed or i did something wrong, would 
the doors that are meant to be unlocked be locked as in - UnOwnable doors 

Just a suggestion :P

The map decides which doors are locked and which aren't. the unlock all doors 
overrides this behavior and unlocks all doors.

I shouldn't make doors lock themselves. It's confusing for the groups that own 
the doors. Besides, the map should decide whether doors are locked when there's 
no one there to lock them, like a gun shop that's open on server startup. 
People can use the shop for whatever until a gun dealer comes to claim the 
door. This is rp.
