Duplicate Section Names #28

Any way to have this module not create duplicate sections if the section you put it it already exists?

The top section was created during the character creation process...the bottom one is edited with the mod.

I'm a bit confused, why was the bottom section created in the first place? Why not just leave that bottom feature in the original section?

I see why that was confusing - it wasn't the specific use case, just to illustrate what is happening. My particular case involves using Chris' premades module to download active effects for a skill that normally doesn't have them. When the new version is downloaded it moves it from "Rogue Features" to "Other Features." I tried using your module to put it back into "Rogue Features." Check out this shot:
