v12 compatibility? #15

Is there any possibility of compatibility with v12?

I have Health Monitor running in my Foundry V12. Module version 3.1.0. It works (except for one annoyance that I came to report).

I have system 5e 3.3.1. and I have a strange bug, every time I close a sheet, the health monitor pops up in the chat saying "Token name" takes 0 damage. I don't know if it's a conflict with some other module. As soon as the module is upgraded to v12, I try to filter out what is causing the problem.

Seems like the owner included health monitor capabilities in their other module dnd5e-character-monitor.
