New system update broke automation #24

I noticed that since this latest update to the PF2e system (4.10.0), the automation of this module doesn't seem to work properly. It doesn't deduct charges when casting a spell from the staff nor does it refresh charges when you finish a rest.

Seems to have been a one-off bug of some sort, i tested again today and it worked as intended.
