Update gear.json #12

Changed "Taser" to "taser 34" because "Taser" stopped working.

"taser 34" doesn't work for me but "Taser" does still. May I ask what country you live in? It would seem weird that different region versions of CS:GO would have different binds but it is possible I suppose.

In UK i need to use "taser 34"

I tested this again today and now my client is also only accepting taser 34 and not Taser.
