I'm trying download the seti-synthax, but I'm not getting it. I've downloaded the set-ui.

I'm seeing this too. I have no issues installing other packages. Installing in atom and via apm fails with:

Unable to download https://www.atom.io/api/packages/seti-syntax/versions/0.3.3/tarball: connect ETIMEDOUT

There is a chance that this is due to the ongoing attack on github, but the behaviour seems consistent.
