Fix tsconfig and (maybe) platformio #535

Looks like I did the TSConfig logo too big in https://github.com/jesseweed/seti-ui/pull/531 - this is fixed and I added a note in the readme of the optimal sizing

imgpsh_mobile_save

I also ran the platformio font through sketch and re-exported it. I'm a little unsure about whether this'll fix Windows support in VS Code though. Re: https://github.com/microsoft/vscode/issues/76925

@orta is this likely to re-land in VS Code?

(FWIW, I don't think the size was th eonly issue here - the TS icon was showing for non-tsconfig JSON files like settings.json too!).

Yeah, it will re-land eventually - I've not been able to figure out the settings.json issue (or why the icons are too big)
