Redesign Shell icon based on Bash logo #616

Adresses microsoft/vscode#129894 by redesigning the Shell icon to fit the other icons. Uses the Bash logo design.

FYI @SNDST00M this just updated the asset, to update the color you'll have to update the sass files:
