80 Points Avention News search combined with list Open In the Avention News section under Advanced Search, I have clients that would need to build a custom keyword News search and combine it with traditional filters like location, size, etc. as right now you can only combine with Industry. In Triggers you have the ability to tie it with an already saved and built list, but you cannot do that in News. Optimally, I think it would make sense to have the normal company filters in News. This can be done in iSell under Add a Custom Trigger, you can build a News search by keyword and tie it to normal filters or to a Prospect List. They'd also like to get email alerts on these custom News searches like in iSell. 1 Comment » Posted by eeich to Avention on 10/21/2014 10:27 AM Hide Section - Additional InformationAdditional Information Which customer(s) made this suggestion? dan.styklunas 10/21/2014 10:36 AM Love this idea and agree it would make the News button much more useful. I would also suggest that we don't limit development of News functions to the new Advanced News Platform custom application -- especially since using functionality like this could lead to conversations that could uncover needs for the new ANP. UX comment:

Make company filters available for News searches.

Consider integrating some of the News Platform functionality into core product.

Revisit details of this workflow when it becomes a higher business priority.
