50 Points Business Signal Definition for "Does Business In" is all or nothing Open The Business Signals for companies doing business in other countries are binary by definition: "The value of this signal is set to 100 when a company does business in the United States, zero otherwise."

Having the signal be all or nothing makes it less valuable. Suggestion to find ways to have more buckets (at least 3 or 4 instead of 2.) Either that or make the definition less explicit that yes = 100 and no = 0.
