Which customer(s) made this suggestion? Charities, financial advisors and many researcher to give a few examples What customer impact would this have? Clients won't be able to make use of basic functionality they're used to and therefore won't agree to migrate.

From Santander Bank

From: Schroeter, Richard Sent: 05 March 2014 09:17 To: Bell, Paul (A&L) Cc: Williams, Martin (Santander) Subject: iSell Functionality Good morning Paul,

I recall that you were involved with the roll out of the new iSell platform last year and was wondering if you were still involved with our on going relationship with iSell, if you so please could you let me know your thoughts on the query below or forward to the appropriate individual.

One of the functions of the old OneSource tool that I used heavily was the search by Auditor function, which meant we could establish the Auditor for any given prospect then have a meaning conversation with said auditor and then have a much warmer initial conversation with the prospect. To the best of my knowledge this search by Auditor functionality has not been replicated in the new iSell tool.

Please can you confirm that I have not been blind and its just hiding from me? If it is presently not available can we request that it is added?

Cash at bank.

Metro bank has requested this but all banks can benefit from this feature.

Impact on client: The client will leave us. They have stopped by licences on ad hoc bases because we don’t have the feature.

Kind regards,

HI

Thanks - Within my role I do bespoke cash pricing – I don’t suppose there is any way of finding out who banks over 2.5mill in actual cash a year?

Also to add that the implementation of UK post code is far from optimal. Firstly the UK does not have zip codes so naming the field this way is not a local solution. Secondly when you type in the first characters of your post code e.g. BN it starts listsing individual full character level post codes immediately e.g. BN10 7AA. For some of the values listed no companies actually exist. What is needed is the implementtation in Business Browser and iSell where you can search at the top level of the hierarchy e.g. AB,BN,EC, W etc as a pick list and then drill down into the first digit levels e.g. BN1, BN10. Additionally it would be helpful to be able to search by UK regions, e.g. Central London, Greater London Inside M25, East Midlands etc. Like Edit | Del

Search by salary/bonus is critical for KornFerry & Lee Hech Harrison. BB can do this. Like Edit | Del

In Browser, one could click on an Executive and view salary information (where available). However in Avention, this information is not available (see screenshot below). With such a large focus of attention being on account managers migrating clients from legacy products to Avention, this makes it very difficult. Charities for example need salary information to search for major donors.

Can I please get an ETA on when this will be live in Avention? User-added image
