UX comments:

One of multiple requests to see criteria exposed without intiating an editing process. Users also want to refer to the criteria that yielded a non-dynamic (static) list.

In our new single list type, at least display breadcrumbs w/o having to open Edit. Not sure why we do not do this today. (to latest smartlist spec?)
