Ensure daily and weekly alerts include all relevant triggers and not just a random digest Open Alexander Proudfoot Europe have picked up in iSell that the daily and weekly alert summary digests contain a maximum of 15 stories, seemingly selected at random. They want their alerts to contain all relevant content and trigger events based on their settings. This idea goes hand in hand with the idea already entered to allow customers to filter their alerts to specific lists only as well as trigger types. This is important competitively in the UK against Artesian whose alerting capabilities are highly customiseable and getting good feedback. In addition, I think it would add considerable value if you could also filter triggers by geography - at least at the country/global region level. The minimum requirement to be clear is to allow filtering of alerts to specific lists/smartlists and to ensure all relevant stories are retrieved, even in daily and weekly alerts. For full customisation perhaps also allow users to select whether they want a summary or all stories.

Additional Information Which customer(s) made this suggestion? Alexander Proudfoot What customer impact would this have? We would be able to migrate Alexander Proudfoot and would help us counter a current objection. In addition this would help us compete more effectively against Artesian who are gaining huge ground and reputation in UK financial services.

I agree with this, we need to add more functionality to the email alerts, so many people use mobile devices to check in on accounts, especially outside reps or named account reps. Brainshark, Smartling, Accelrys, Spinnaker, and Flexera are just some that could benefit. Like Edit | Del

Yes. The inability to limit a trigger search to a specific list is a major handicap right now. GMC Software is asking for this capability and it will make or break our deal with them. Like

UX comment: Sounds like opportunity to improve on iSell, not just support migration.
