9 years ago 90 Points Option to have Business Signals score by industry peers Open Currently, Business Signals compare a company's activity on a topic with the entire Avention Universe. Client has suggested that we have the option to restrict it to industry/peers.
E.g. Retail/Grocery chains are constantly opening new stores. A high score on the Business Signal "Opening New Facilities" for a retail chain is therefore not very informative as compared to our entire universe. However, a Retail/Grocery chain having a high score on "Opening New Facilities" as compared to the rest of the Retail/Grocery industry (or their closest peers) provides actual insight that this chain is expanding more than the industry average.
This idea can be applied to other signals and industries. e.g. Product Launches for Retail/Grocery, Hiring Initiatives for Recruitment, Open New Facilities for Mining, Layoffs for Manufacturing, M&A for Finance.

I think this would be especially useful. To date, the Ideal Profile feature has not turned many heads on demos.
