Scroll Animations do not work #27

Description:

Scroll animations do not trigger on any page.

Steps to Reproduce:

  1. Go to https://jessicamlee.github.io/CMJSH-agency/.
  2. Scroll down on any page.

Expected Result:

Content should appear and fade-in smoothly as you scroll down the page.

Actual Result:

Nothing happens (Content is static).

Configuration:

This issue was found on all tested environments.

Devices:

iPhone X, iPhone 13 Pro Max, iPad, iPad Pro, 13' MacBook Pro, Surface Pro 4 (2736 x 1824), Windows 10 Desktop (24" wide screen)

Browsers:

Chrome, Safari, FireFox
