Header is not sticky #28

Description:

The header is fixed in place and not sticky to the top of the viewport when users scroll down.

Steps to Reproduce:

  1. Go to https://jessicamlee.github.io/CMJSH-agency/.
  2. From the top of the site, scroll down.

Expected Result:

The header will stay at the top of the viewport regardless of where you are on the website. Moving past the hero section will add a background to the header so it is always visible.

Actual Result:

The header is fixed in position at the top and will not move down alongside the viewport.

Configuration:

This issue was found on all tested environments.

Devices:

iPhone X, iPhone 13 Pro Max, iPad, iPad Pro, 13' MacBook Pro, Surface Pro 4 (2736 x 1824), Windows 10 Desktop (24" wide screen)

Browsers:

Chrome, Safari, FireFox
