US - Search Function for specific Events #15

Value proposition

As a user, I want to be able to search for specific events in order to quickly find and view further information of events that interest me.

Description

Acceptance criteria

[ ] A search symbol in the Navbar / burger menu should be displayed
[ ] Clicking on the search link should lead to the search route
[ ] submitting the search should display the amount of results and a list of result cards

Tasks

[ ] Create a component handling the search input and logic
[ ] Modify the API-URL to take the input as a param
[ ] Create a component to render the list of results and count the amount of results
