Value proposition

As a user I want to see consistent styling across my Interface so I can have a great experience using the app

Description

Acceptance Criteria

[ ] a color scheme should be visible
[ ] all user elements should have a consistent appearance
[ ] the application should have a unified look and feel

Tasks

[ ] create a css file for each component and page
[ ] create a global stylesheet for common styles that apply to all pages
