Error parsing sequence data - Unrecognised subcommand in format description! #15

can anyone offer guidance on how to fix? I cannot open my nexus (.nex) file within which my haplotype network was created in the software.

attaching pictures of both sections of code in my nexus file where I found format descriptions.

Hi! I had the same issue and just figured it out. It worked for me again, when I removed this part: Font=MS Shell Dlg 2,16,-1,5,50,0,0,0,0,0 LegendFont=MS Shell Dlg 2,12,-1,5,50,0,0,0,0,0 Maybe there is an issue with the processing of the font and size.
