12 years ago - create a session option for show nsfw
- maybe confirm 'u over 18?!' message before activating
- gets set either session based (cookie sessionid) or as a user setting in the db
- UI: make NSFW a checkbox/link that toggles this state
- show placeholders for items that are nsfw/hidden from the user
- maybe handle the visibility of items client side (nojs fallback!)
