Simple MMB to RMB swap #1

Started from the default Blender keymap (2019.02.05) swapped all view manipulation MMB mouse functionality to RMB. Placed context menus to MMB. Also placed the toolbar popup to the spacebar. F3 remains as Search.

Kept all other bindings to default for the shake of simplicity and compatibility with the Blender official. (Helps newbies, like me, better follow Blender tutorials). Keymap-Rhino3d-Th.zip

Thanks. Placing context menu under MMB sounds like a good addition.

I think that it'd make sense to provide several keymaps where these kind of 'major' settings have been premade.

I'll vet the settings later this week and probably commit this map as a new one, maybe rhino3d_km_mmb.py

I guess that's a good way to think of it. A minimally modded keymap that people can use as foundation to build-on their own preferences.
