add support for import of uv coordinates

detailed explanation

creates a new uv_layer on the created mesh objects
iterates through all face loops and copies uv data from 3dm file

@jesterKing: can this be considered resolved or do you want any further changes? i just had another look at the mapping channels, but rhino3dm doesnt expose the functionality needed to import multiple mapping channels, yet.
