tradeblock charts are not responsive #9

when the sidepanel is opened or the window is resized, the spartklines charts don't resize

Charts are broken since the switch to a nodejs backend. We now need to store x timepairs per TickerDto in the Redis cache so we can display minimal x-history charts in the sidepanel
