Fix settings initialisation #617

On Android 9 Firefox for Android 68, having the new version 2021.9.17 but not seeing the GM_registerMenuCommand monkey menus, although I do see the Options and Replace images monkey menus of Image Max URL.

Very minor as anyway the script cannot work in mobile.

Same problem on Kiwi Browser, although the Image Max URL many items do show up.
