Ampersand not escaped in search URL #776

The search is cut at first ampersand. Some escaping. Example: https://musicbrainz.org/release-group/dd5384ec-ef85-31bb-bae5-a19401a4b9df (Web pages or any other)

It is OK with master version, so I will see how I did, back then and copy here in this branch.

Ah, the encode parameter of replaceAllTokens is not used in this branch, contrary to master version, where it is used.
