On https://github.com/jesus2099/konami-command/tree/master icons appear one by one, each second.

No it's really only after navigating, click .. on https://github.com/jesus2099/konami-command/tree/master/lib

All icons appear, then they are all removed by some kind of redraw (like when using React Hydrate funny stuff) and then they reappear only one by one.
