Edit blacklist does not work on Android 9 Kiwi:

Work around: Open dev tools before using Edit blacklist, it works.

Add Violentmonkey extension menu is full screen and MB is in background, popup prompt is blocked.

I think it could work with a little delay or waiting to detect foreground status, if possible.
