Capital Å, Ä and Ö render as capital A and O #6

The capital letters Å, Ä and Ö render as capital A and O. Ä and Ö are widely used in Finnish, while Å would be common in Swedish and we even call it as Swedish o.

It looks like this may be related to Foot (https://codeberg.org/dnkl/foot/issues/1511) as Konsole is fine.

I am unable to reproduce this in Element either, so it's likely Foot at fault here. Sorry about the noise.
