Fixed two translation bugs #66

I found some simplified chinese translation bugs and fixed.

I've also notices that there are a couple of missing translations:

"SHOW ALL PAYLOAD".
"Splashings".
"CEO", "CTO" and "COO" are missing too, don't really know if there's a translations for those items.

sorry for this problem, I forgot to translate "SHOW ALL PAYLOAD" and "Splashings" and I added a pull request. for "CEO", "CTO" and "COO", these abbreviated words don't need to translate, in our language, these words are very clear.
