Extends EquinoxSystemTextJsonParser to add whereStream, enabling more efficient filtering of events to forward to a Sink based on the stream name

renames (relatively common; added in V4; used in templates) enumCategoryEvents to ofCategories
renames pubternal enumStreamEvents to whereCategories to align with new API
