ERROR API Cache timer too short ; after adding a moon DB and trying to update towers #24

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. fresh install
2. after installing use the admin panel to updated the moon db
3. run the api tower update

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
expecting to see the towers updated, getting an ERROR API Cache timer too short

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
# Server version: 5.1.54
# Protocol version: 10
# MySQL charset: UTF-8 Unicode (utf8)

MySQL connection collation utf8_unicode_ci

Problem caused by Industrial Jobs timer. Fixed in 5.1.2 Beta 2.
