Hello,
We're currently troubleshooting a problem with the API service. As such,
there's a partial outage of some of the API services.
We'll keep you updated as we have more information.

If you're getting the wrong login or pass, try just clicking the button and not
hitting enter. Also make sure you typed that password correctly :)

Not a POS Tracker issue.

Ok
I just want to make it clear for myself and others....
If I enter my web address it goes to the Login screen......Good....Now I posted
I cant login before, but its not possible unless I register a
character...right...so
When I click Register, it brings up the API window....Good
Now, when I get my API info and input it and click the " Get Characters "
Button, It gives me :
API ERROR or No Character on provided API Information
Is this still the API issue that is going on with CCP?
Or do I need to fix something in my database or website set-up?
Thx
Cael

When you first install the POS Tracker you can login with the admin account you
setup.
When registering if you get that API error something isn't right. I would try
the following.
1. http://games.chruker.dk/eve_online/test_eve_api.php?function=eve_character_id
Go there and find out your character ID for your account that you wish to
register.
2.
http://games.chruker.dk/eve_online/test_eve_api.php?function=character_character
sheet
Go there and put in the character ID you found, your limited API key
information and see what happens. If you get an error something is wrong with
your account or isn't being typed in correctly. Request another API key and
wait 10 minutes before trying again.

Ok.
I did the Character ID test and that was ok.
I did the API character sheet test and that was ok too.
So, it must be my site im thinking.
I think I might try and delete the database and re install the site again....
unless you have any other ideas.
Thanks for your help so far!

I've never had such an issue like this before. I would try a re-install from
scratch unfortunately.
First I would try v5.1.2. If it still doesn't work, try v5.0.2. There's a small
difference in API pulls between the two versions however there should really be
no reason that I can see why it wouldn't work unless the host was purposely
blocking something. Hrmm perhaps login under your admin account, go to the
admin panel and do a version check. It will refresh the page but scroll back
down and see if it actually pulled in that the latest version is v5.1.3. If it
doesn't then the host must be blocking traffic out. Best of luck!

Guys tell me whats going on with Api V2?
I created custom corp key for corp ceo, trying to add it to POS tracker (fresh
installation of 5.1.6) and getting an error:
Error: String could not be parsed as XML
I've checked all stuff few times already but couldn't solve it myself
