New POSTrackerFGVFullInstaller_5_1_2 Install missing index.html

I posted the same information in the EVEForums so forgive me if I am causing 
more problems for you.

I just downloaded and attempted to install: POSTrackerFGVFullInstaller_5_1_2

The problem I am having is when I navigate to the installation directory it 
says there is no index.html file. Upon further investigation, the file does 
exist but it is a 0KB file, which also shows as zero KB in the zip file I 
downloaded.

Can I get a link to a new /install/index.html file please?

Already answered on the forums. http://example.com/pos/install.php is the 
install page.
