Structures don't update the DB on CPU/PG #3

Adding structures on the viewpos page show the new CPU/PG values but doesn't 
actually update the DB.

Other functions of the tracker are affected because of this like the fuel 
calculator.

Change it so that the DB is actually updated based on what's online and 
override the user's entry of CPU/PG.
