Removed reactors/arrays can still still show up under the tower. #30

Unsure of what exactly causes it but once the bug happens the structure is no 
longer part of the tower....technically. However you can still select it and 
options when on the edit/POS page. The item is missing from the pos_structures 
database. So it really shouldn't be selectable.
