Outpost Track removed from main nav #37

Outpost Track was removed from the main name in r192 as far as I can tell this 
was the only change done to outpost tracking.

The outpost track has never really worked properly and until this moment you 
would be the first person I know who uses it. It was broken for half a 
year(completely unusable) before I finally just removed it from the nav. I'll 
be glad to put it back in if you tell me what exactly you use it for as no one 
I know could answer a real reason to use it.
