The production page only outlines a silo when it is EMPTY. I would imagine 
that, like the old version I was using, it should grab your attention when it's 
under 24h remaining. Ideally, I would say it should turn the whole line of the 
silo red like the old tracker I was using, but I can understand if that is an 
issue for the design of specific themes. 

This also may be something that should go on a new ticket, but when a silo is 
full, it just says 0hrs remaining instead of FULL. But also it doesn't outline 
the box like it does when a silo is empty.
